All photos on this page came to PetShopPuppies from trusted sources and PetShopPuppies has been granted full rights to reproduce them here.  We also have been given permission to allow others to use these photos in a way that promotes our goal of educating potential pet store customers about the commercial dog industry.  PLEASE follow these instructions carefully if you wish to use any of the photos below, in any way.

1.  Any use of a photo must include the following:

IMAGE WITH PERMISSION OF WWW.PETSHOPPUPPIES.ORG.  COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THIS IMAGE WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM PETSHOPPUPPIES.ORG IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

2.  Images may not be altered in any way without permission from PetShopPuppies.org

3.  The highest resolution photos we have of each image are found below, please do not email asking whether we have higher resolution photos. 

4.  Images may be used in print, or digitally on the Internet, but may not be used in video, Flash presentations, Powerpoint presentations, or any other composition, unless first approved by PetShopPuppies.org.

5.  Use of any image for any fund-raising, whether for-profit or non-profit, is strictly prohibited.  Images can not be sold on any products such as CafePress items.

6.  No more than three images may be used on any website owned in whole or in part by any one person or organization.

7.  Hot-linking is strictly prohibited.  Hot-linking refers to displaying a picture on your website by linking to it on our website.  You should right click on the image you wish to use and save it to your own computer, and then upload it to your website.  Hot-linking is easily detected through our server statistics so PLEASE do not do this...it counts against our bandwidth and ends up costing us money.

8.  Images may not be used on any website that sells items for profit.  Whether your personal website sells soaps, puppies, or t-shirts, we can not individually police all websites that are displaying our images.  Rescue groups and shelters that fall under the federal 501c3 non-profit status may have fund-raising items on their website and still display our photos, as long as our photos are not being used in the items being sold.

9.  Any violation of these terms will lead to immediate action on our part.  In the event you are using more than 3 images on a website, hot-linking, or not properly crediting PetShopPuppies.org, we will not notify you...we will simply notify your server, which could lead to cancellation of your account without notice.  Any sale of the photos, such as on CafePress, will result in immediate notification of CafePress and will likely lead to suspension of your account and forfeiture of any moneys earned.  We provide these photos, free of charge, in order to help spread the word about puppy mills and we do not wish to see anyone trying to profit off of the images.
